Keith Hornblower FSAI
Following a career in structural engineering and subsequently architecture, Keith was drawn to the noble art of architectural illustration. Completely self taught, he drew inspiration from the great illustrators of the past; in particular, William Walcot whose loose and atmospheric renderings are as powerful now as the day they were painted.
Over the years he has produced a diversity of work from palaces for sheikhs to Chateau Latour for the World Atlas of Wine.
His non-illustrative work is increasingly in demand and he was recently recruited by Winsor and Newton as a demonstrator in the art of watercolour, a medium which has been his passion from the very beginning.
