Gurley

Anise Gallery will be putting together a collection of work from accomplished London based artist Gurley. Described by Agyness Deyn as one of her favourite artists Gurley’s work shows a playful meandering across today’s society and media.

Coinciding with the Jubilee weekend Anise Gallery is excited that Gurley will be exhibiting several of her paintings, screen prints and etchings inspired by quintessential British artefacts. From telephone boxes to Tunnock’s tea cakes, Kate Moss to Marmite, join us in a celebration of all things British.

Continuing Anise Gallery’s promotion of traditional skills Gurley will be doing a live screen printing demonstration on Sunday 24 June 12 -4pm bringing her positive spontaneity to life in the gallery.

2nd June – 8th July
